Nabisara was living in very difficult circumstances. The mud hut she was staying in was crumbling and the rain was coming in. With a small baby,and no income, things were pretty bleak.

A new house was built by the charity, from donations and the fund-raising efforts of students in Presentation Secondary school, Kilkenny, Ireland.

This house has been dedicated to the memory of Presentation secondary student, Clare O' Connor, who was involved in fund-raising as part of her C.S.P.E. studies at the time of her death, in Februaury 2007.

At present,students are involved in fund-raising to help furnish the house. Nabisara's eldest daughter needs to have her school fees paid and the charity is hoping to help provide funds to educate her childen.
